It is located inside the wreck of the HMS Scylla. The cache is located about midship as soon as you enter the wreck from one of the holes on the lower deck to your left. It is a bright pink plastic box. It has a treasure inside! Make sure you replace it if you take it. There is a pencil and a logbook to sign.
